1:1 coaching

(4 – 6 months, one hour every two weeks)

Choose 1:1 coaching if you’re in a leadership position and want to address skills deficits, feel more in control at work and identify and attain your career goals. You’ll:

    • Learn your core values and key ‘motivated’ skills
    • Understand the impact your strengths and weaknesses have on your team
    • Identify goals that you and your manager want you to achieve
    • Get an action-focused plan packed with measurable objectives and regular reviews

In situ coaching for exceptional leaders

(Three sessions + one observation session)

Perfect for you if you’re a confident senior leader who wants accelerated learning and direct input on particular behaviours and interactions. This is a four stage process which can be done as a stand-alone or as part of your 1:1 coaching programme.

    • We work together to identify the specific skills and behaviours you want to improve
    • I observe you in the workplace interacting with your colleagues
    • Following a review of my observations we design action points to address relevant behaviours
    • We meet again a few weeks later for a review
