Which training is best for you and your team?

Know you need training, but not sure which? We’ll start with a conversation about your business covering your history, where you are now, and your vision for the future. We will then identify your core business needs and what’s stopping you reaching your vision. Then we’ll discuss whether 1:1 coaching, team coaching, skills training, or my culture change programme will be most effective for you.

1:1 coaching – my process

Before I start coaching any of your employees we will have a session to determine whether we’re a good fit for working together.

If so, I can design a 360 degree evaluation or personality profiling tool for each employee which will highlight strengths and weaknesses and the impact these have on others at work.

Next we will set each very specific measurable goals and objectives all of which will be agreed with their line manager.

1:1 individual coaching will take place for one hour every two weeks. This can be done face to face, on the phone or via Skype.

Every six sessions we’ll have an evaluation with each team member and their managers where we will track progress against pre-agreed objectives.
